Honeyblue Cleaning leaves a checklist of completed work for all clients at the end of each service. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will be happy to correct any problems to make it right. Customer satisfaction is top priority.
At Honeyblue top service is our main goal. Time is valuable to us as it is for our customers. We require a $50.00 deposit for all customers who book appointments for service. This fee gets applied to the final total once service is completed.
For recurring cleaning clients, scheduled appointments are reserved specifically for your home and are held in advance based on your selected service days and frequency.
Because this time is exclusively reserved, we kindly ask for adequate notice if you need to make changes or discontinue service.
Cancellation of Recurring Services
We request at least 14 days’ notice to cancel or discontinue recurring cleaning services.
If less than 14 days’ notice is provided, a cancellation fee may apply to account for the reserved time that was held on the schedule and the potential loss of other clients for those time slots.
Short-Notice or Same-Day Cancellation
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled visit.
Reserved Time Slots
Recurring clients are assigned dedicated time slots. These slots are held specifically for your home and are not double-booked. If recurring service is canceled after time has been consistently reserved, a fee equivalent to one or more scheduled visits may be applied.
We understand life happens sometimes and you may need to reschedule or cancel service. We require a 48 hour notice of any cancellations or rescheduling of your booked appointment. The $50.00 deposit is fully refundable if you give the required 48 hour notice for cancellations or moved appointments. In the event your booking is moved by Honeyblue, We will fully refund your deposit and you will receive $15.00 off your next service with us.
-Rates are based upon monthly cleaning. If you skip or cancel a clean during your scheduled month, the following month you will be charged an additional fee.
All payments for service are required at the end of your scheduled cleaning with Honeyblue Cleaning LLC.
Here is additional information regarding our Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel service with Honeyblue with less than 48 hours notice.
- If Honeyblue is unable to access your home upon arriving for service.
