Honeyblue Cleaning LLC is a residential cleaning service based out of Concord, NC. We are a family owned small business. We pride ourselves in premium-quality, customer-friendly service, which is the hallmark of this company.

Cleaning Includes:

 Rooms:

  • Straighten rooms (within reason)
  • Dust wall decorations 
  • Cobweb removal
  • Vacuum furniture for pet hair and dust particles
  • Sweep hardwood and tile floors
  • Vacuum carpeting
  • Edge vacuum carpeting
  • Change linens (upon request or schedule as you desire)
  • Dust fans and lighting fixtures
  • Sanitize door knobs
  • Empty waste baskets
  • Shake out and vacuum throw rugs

Windows:

  • Wipe down window sills and tracks
  • Clean window glass (within reach)
  • Dust curtains and curtain rods

Kitchen:

  • Wipe down exterior of all appliances
  • Wipe down range hood
  • Clean microwave exterior
  • Stove top burners and drip pans
  • Clean backsplash
  • Sanitize counters
  • Sanitize sinks and faucets
  • Wipe down cabinet doors interior and exterior
  • Wipe down hinges and sanitize knobs
  • Change towels (upon request)

Bathrooms:

  • Change towels (upon request)
  • Sanitize sinks and faucets
  • Sanitize entire toilet interior and exterior
  • Clean tub and shower
  • Scrub tiles and surrounding areas
  • Disinfect faucets and shower head
  • Disinfect floors
  • Empty waste baskets


We also offer deep cleaning, move out/move in cleanings, organizational service, new construction cleaning and small office cleaning. 


Honeyblue Cleaning leaves a checklist of completed work for all clients at the end of each service. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will be happy to correct any problems to make it right.  Customer satisfaction is top priority. 


Cancellation Policy, Deposit & Payment

At Honeyblue top service is our main goal.   Time is valuable to us as it is for our customers. We require a $50.00 deposit for all customers who book appointments for service. This fee gets applied to the final total once service is completed. 


We understand life happens sometimes and you may need to reschedule or cancel service. We require a 48 hour notice of any cancellations or rescheduling of your booked appointment.  The $50.00 deposit is fully refundable if you give the required 48 hour notice for cancellations or moved appointments. In the event your booking is moved by Honeyblue, We will fully refund your deposit and you will receive $15.00 off your next service with us.

-Rates are based upon monthly cleaning. If you skip or cancel a clean during your scheduled month, the following month you will be charged an additional fee. 


All payments for service are required at the end of your scheduled cleaning with Honeyblue Cleaning LLC. 


Here is additional information regarding our Cancellation Policy:

- If you cancel service with Honeyblue with less than 48 hours notice. 

- If Honeyblue is unable to access your home upon arriving for service.


** If you have a code for your front door, or place where you keep your key, that information must be given to us prior to arrival. **
